Location is fantastic, right on the Riverwalk with easy access to shops and restaurants. Internet was inconsistent, and the noise from nearby festivities made it tough to sleep. Caught some live music nearby, which was a nice surprise.

Location is perfect, just steps from the Riverwalk. The live jazz performances were a nice touch. Elevators were slow and caused inconvenience. Overall, rooms were clean.

The location right on the Riverwalk was perfect for exploring! Our room was gorgeous, spacious, and the bed was like a cloud-so comfort plus! Isaac at the bar was the highlight of our nights, and we couldn't get enough of his charm and incredible service.

The live music at the restaurant added charm. there were notable issues. The beds were uncomfortable, resembling worn-out memory foam. The AC struggled to provide relief. Thin walls allowed every sound, and a lack of storage in the bathroom was inconvenient. Communication about amenities was poor, especially with the rooftop pool closure on a major night, leading to disappointment. The hotel's age was evident; it felt outdated and overpriced for the experience. Staff performance was commendable amidst the challenges. Potential exists here but requires significant improvements.

The organization and professionalism of the staff were top-notch, and they were very friendly and attentive. I appreciated the thoughtful design of the room, especially the sensor light under the bed that made it easy to navigate in the dark. there were a couple of things that could have been better. The bed was too soft for my liking, and the pillows were too thick, which made it uncomfortable for me as a side and stomach sleeper. The air conditioning in the room also struggled to cool properly, making it a bit humid and uncomfortable to stay inside. the hotel's location right on the Riverwalk was fantastic, and being just a short walk from the Alamo was convenient. I also enjoyed the live music right outside the hotel's doors, which created a great atmosphere. In terms of improvements, I think the hotel could work on providing better views from the rooms, as I was disappointed with the view of the hotel lobby that I paid extra for. clearer communication about room readiness and avoiding peak dates to reduce wait times for elevators would.

The Landing Jazz Club with its delicious Texas-style dishes and live performances by the talented Jim Cullen Jazz Band created unforgettable family memories.

My children wanted a larger pool for more family fun.

We hit up Six Flags and saw some sick roller coasters, then checked out the Landing Jazz Club for some bomb Texas grub and live jazz from Jim Cullen. Definitely a vibe for young party peeps like us!

Would've been epic to have a cool rooftop pool or bar to keep the party going after the jazz club.

the location was perfect for exploring the river walk and the nearby alamo. the hotel staff were accommodating and even upgraded our room for free. it's a convenient location with plenty of dining and entertainment options within walking distance, and there's a nearby cvs for any essentials. crystal at the front desk was also very kind and helpful, making our check-in experience pleasant and even offering us a glass of champagne.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The view from the 11th floor was breathtaking, and the surrounding areas were perfect for exploring. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The location was ideal, right on the riverwalk, with easy access to the Alamodome, The Alamo, and numerous shopping and dining options. The room had all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed, flat-screen TV, and a refrigerator. a highly enjoyable experience.

The initial warmth in our room and the presence of a dirty towel in the restroom. The lack of response from the front desk when we called was frustrating, especially when trying to change our reservation dates.

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, beautiful lobby, live music.

Felt privileged, no complaints.
